Patricia Moles Scholarship Fund.

A gift to the Patricia Moles Scholarship Fund supports our ability to offer a Chicago Friends School education to everyone by offering tuition relief to families with financial needs. Patricia Moles (1934–2011) was a Quaker activist and advocate for social justice whose life embodied the values we teach. Bayard Rustin Scholarship Fund.

A gift to the Bayard Rustin Scholarship supports our strategic plan to increase the representation of traditionally underrepresented populations in independent schools. Preference is given to families with demonstrated financial need or families for whom paying tuition presents a hardship. For more information on Bayard Rustin, click here. In-kind gifts.

Chicago Friends School welcomes in-kind gifts of materials that can be used in our classrooms. Please contact donate@chicagofriendsschool.org to inquire about current needs.

  • If you would like to give an in-kind gift of a book, please visit our Library Wish List.
  • The school accepts in-kind gifts of office and classroom supplies such as pens, pencils, markers, office paper, crayons, tempera paint, and other art supplies, glue sticks, craft glue, construction paper, scissors, whiteboard markers, folders, staplers, and staples, and other supplies.
  • The school may accept gently used bookshelves or storage units, clean or new beanbags, or rugs.
  • Percussion instruments and other handheld, kid-friendly instruments are welcome as in-kind donations.
